About Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Associate Product Manager to join our Corporate team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance B2B user acquisition and increase corporate rides. You will work with cross-functional teams, to analyze customer behavior and utilize data-driven insights to drive product enhancements that maximize customer engagement and satisfaction. Responsibility:

  • Working with data, analyzing trends, and drawing meaningful insights from complex datasets.

  • Using tools like Excel, SQL (writing queries), or other programming languages for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

  • Develop a strong foundation in product management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.

  • Support the implementation of agile development practices within cross-functional teams.

  • Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to inform product strategy and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps that align with the product vision and strategy.

  • Monitor and evaluate product performance using data-driven insights to drive product optimization.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the product domain.

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the product management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proficiency in data analysis is crucial. Demonstrated experience in working with large datasets and applying statistical methods is a plus.

  • Having a basic understanding of Product Management Knowledge.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken.

  • The ability to identify problems, think critically, and propose creative solutions. You should be able to approach complex issues with a logical and structured mindset.

  • Being detail-oriented. A high level of accuracy in handling and interpreting data.

  • Demonstrating adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

  • Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
