Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Snapp's Social Listening & Monitoring to capture precise customer insights.
  • Regularly communicate insights gained from social media monitoring to related divisions.
  • Execute and monitor the company's advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Develop various types of reports that align with marketing goals and objectives.
  • Identify critical situations on social media and assess Snapp's brand sentiment through comments and the overall social media climate.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve campaign objectives and ensure all interdepartmental requirements are met.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Familiar with social media industry, vendors, services, and influencers.
  • Familiar with best practices of content strategy and latest trends
  • Have reporting, administration, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Be creative, multi-task, team worker, flexible, passionate to learn new things and face challenges.
  • Have the experience of advertising through social media and know high-effective strategies and channels
  • Know principles of marketing, digital marketing and be up to date with the latest international trends
  • Familiar with social media tools
