Role Overview

As an Associate Product Manager in the Super App Team at Snapp, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the loyalty program within our super-app ecosystem. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction through our loyalty initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize loyalty program features and enhancements based on customer insights, market trends, and business goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the loyalty program.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of loyalty initiatives, and use data-driven insights to optimize program performance.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of loyalty program initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for the loyalty program, regularly communicating updates and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering,MBA or any related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.

  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools is desirable.
