About the Role

As an Associate Product Manager in the Communication vertical, you will partner directly with the Product Managers, and you will play a crucial role in the product's development, enhancement, and success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, business teams, third parties, and … to address user pains and needs and offer solutions for the problems.

In the Communication vertical, we are committed to improving and easing Snapp Community’s communication experience through various ways like in-app chat, In-app call, 


  • Creating and maintaining product documentation in detail, such as user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.

  • Support the product manager in creating and executing the product roadmap, backlog, and release plan

  • Work with internal teams, including developers, designers, QA, to reach sprint goals.

  • Working closely with the design and UX research team to Discover new features

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products

  • Owning small features, make sure the development team understands them, from a functional perspective, what the required feature is and why the business needs this.

  •  Gather data and analysis results. 


    • BS/MS Degree in Engineering/ MBA or any equivalent fields

    • 1-2 years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the technology

    • Product specification and user story development knowledge

    • Teamwork and collaboration

    • Communication and interpersonal skills

    • Analytical skills (SQL, Excel, …) with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies

    • Attention to detail

    • The ability to identify problems, think critically, and propose creative solutions. You should be able to approach complex issues with a logical and structured mindset.

    • Time management skills

    • Knowledge of agile methodologies and respective tools, such as Jira, Confluence, etc.

    • Verbal and written communication skills

    • Fluency in English both written and spoken.
