Responsibilities
  • Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback
  • Describing step by step the instructions needed toward the goal
  • Meeting with the Retention team to propose customer retention solutions
  • Oversee Retention campaign development and management
  • Building positive relationships with customers, business associates and product team
  • Gathering information about customer complaints
  • B2B negotiation
  • Analyzing customer behavior
  • Competitor analysis
  • Writing and presenting customer behavior reports
  • The root cause analysis and providing a solution
  • Generate insights and recommendations¬†
  • Use creativity to bring new solutions

Requirements

  • Strong negotiation
  • High level of creativity in running campaigns
