About the position:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Campaign Manager to lead our Super app campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels to drive the adoption and usage of our super app services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering results.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Super app services across selected cities or nationwide.
  • Set campaign goals, budgets, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, in-store promotions, etc.).
  • Coordinate with creative teams to produce compelling marketing materials and content.
  • Manage partnerships with stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign integration.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports.
  • Analyze key metrics to assess campaigns' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Growth, product, customer service) to ensure campaign alignment and support.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • +3 years of experience in related fields
  • Proficiency in English knowledge (Speaking, Understanding, Writing)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Familiar with legal terms, contract conditions
