Job description

  • Creating, mentoring, and leading high-performing technology teams that regularly ship high-quality software that delights customers and exceeds expectations.

  • Define, architect, and execute the technical strategic roadmap for digital transformation and workflow automation to drive greater efficiency and scalability throughout the organization.

  • Ensure technology is designed for efficient, responsive, and reliable delivery focused on service and cost while aligned to business segment priorities and requirements.

  • Managing technology budgets and time frames.


  • 5+ years plus experience in a software development role, information technology role, or related field
  • 5+ years effectively managing technology teams ranging from 10+ team members.
  • Interest and knowledge in the latest Data Engineering / BI / Data Science trends
  • Extensive experience leading complex technology teams/organizations with responsibility for application development, security, product control, architecture, and infrastructure operations
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
  • Experience building a world-class team of engineers, with a track record of identifying and bringing in top quality technical talent
  • Ability to take ownership of system design and/or system components to ensure excellence in execution
  • Knowledge of several of the following technologies would be beneficial: Java, Golang, PHP, Typescript, async and event-based processing, server-side APIs, Microservices, Kubernetes, Monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with scaling engineering organizations (20+ people) where you are an inspirational leader that brings calmness and clarity to the teams.
