About the Role

Superapp consists of growing ventures. The growth heavily relies on customer relationship management (CRM) to acquire new users and retain their existing users. This role functions at the front end of CRM, making sure the right communications are sent to the right users at the right time


Responsibilities

  • Send CRM communications using communication panels
  • Keep organized history of CRM communications
  • Prepare CRM communications using dashboards, Bl, or database
  • Coordinate execution of CRM communications with other stakeholders
  • Manage time so all communications are sent according to their priorities

Requirements

Essential Qualifications
  • Attention to details
  • Agility in re-prioritizing and execution of tasks according to changes in circumstances
  • Being a team player in stressful situations
  • Being organized
  • Flexibility to work in off hours
  • Comfortable with using formulas in large MS Excel files
  • Familiarity with basics of data querying in SQL and programming
  • Willingness to advance data querying and programming skills
