Responsibilities
The mission of CRM analyst is to make sure communications with users, are executed in such a way which brings enough demand at the right time and with the right cost.

  • Responsible for execution of CRM communications and coordination with stakeholders
  • Keeping organized history of CRM communications
  • Monitor and evaluate efficiency of communications
  • Manage time according to the dynamic priorities of our tasks

  • Time and workload management
  • Attention to details
  • Extremely organized at execution of tasks and keeping records
  • Self-educator; taking extra steps to learn new tools
  • Basic programming in python
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Basic data querying skills with SQL
  • Medium-level programming skills in python
