Responsibilities


  • Work alongside the team, good communication with Super App CRM team to run and report campaigns and improve CRM campaigns with business metrics and execute CRM daily actions in inner CRM channels.
  • Running and analyzing CRM campaigns and suggesting campaign optimization based on proper A/B testing
  • Searching for opportunities to do CRM activities and recommend possible campaigns.
  • Monitoring post-campaign behavior and defining campaign long-term effects.
  • Execute CRM activities, monitor and document the actions and results.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Detail-oriented
  • Having great discipline
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in English
