Job description

  • Running the campaign through CRM channels.
  • Optimizing the cost of current CRM activities.
  • Improving SnappPay CRM systems by new channels and better messages that are aligned with marketing team demands.
  • Decreasing the cost of each marketing activity through SMS without effect on the result.
  • Decreasing the risk of mistakes in all SnappPay’s CRM activities inside the SnappPay team and Snapp CRM team.
  • Increase the retention rate of the customers by planning new CRM activities.
  • Increase the rate of up-sell and cross-sell by planning new CRM activities.
  • Requirements

    • Organizational skills
    • Having Marketing/Digital Marketing/CRM Background
    • Having data-driven approach
    • Has Background in marketing analysis proficiency in the following Software: Excel, Google analytics
    • Great communication skills for convincing other people
    • Experience in working with the Web-engage or other automation tools.
