About the role
You will be a key member of the UX Research team, and responsible for foundational and directional research across the product, working with different cross-functional feature teams. In this role, we specifically focus on performing contextual inquiry and observatory methods. We need someone who’s eager to take various rides, observe and document drivers’ pain points, and report the findings in professional deliverables. You will be part of the Design & Research team for Business, reporting to the UX Research Lead, and together be responsible for delivering world-class research.
