Graphic Design Lead

Job description

  • Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
  • Lead the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces, including print, online, social media; collateral¬†materials
  • Supervise a team of graphic designers, photographers, illustrators, production artists, and creative freelancers
  • Collaborate with members of the marketing team to develop strategies for advertising campaigns
  • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,¬†InDesign, and other graphic design software)
  • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practice


  • Minimum 6 years of work experience
  • Fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software
  • Creative and being able to generate Innovative Ideas
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong understanding of the current trends
  • Commitment to deadlines and targets
  • Intermediate English knowledge
  • Detail-oriented
