Responsibilities


● Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.

● Improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

● Provide HR policy guidance.

● Identify training needs for teams and individuals.

● Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.

● Support the delivery of HR processes on the client’s side.

● Manage complex and HR projects cross-functionally.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Time management.

● Strong teamwork attitude.

● Attention to detail.

● Well crisis management skills.

● Intermediate English knowledge (understanding, and writing).

● Reporting skills (MS Office, and official emailing).
