Responsibilities:

As an HR Operations Specialist at Snapp, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various operational tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing and archiving employee contracts
  • Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy
  • Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Handling employee inquiries and providing HR-related support
  • Managing documentation processes
  • Creating related reports
  • Monitoring employee exit processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in HR operations or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields
