Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • provide attendance data of employees, like absences and leaves
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars
  • Purchase of office supplies and equipment
  • Organize company events
  • Follow up the recruitment process along with the HR department
  • Provide orientations for new employees by explaining company policies
  • Collaborate on launching new business projects
  • Collaborate with other teams in advancing projects at peak times

Requirements

  • Related education or experience in human resources or related fields
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to grow with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Reporting Ability
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
