• Gathering data on customer, driver, and market conditions.

• Analyzing consumer preferences to determine the potential sales of a product or service. 

• Improve the overall user (customer and biker/driver) satisfaction (CSAT) KPI by researching their preferences and summarizing strengths and weaknesses based on gathered feedback.

• Enhance the team's ability to quickly react to the strategies adopted by competitors by tracking their behavior.


  • Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret consumer behavior.
  • Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Average proficiency in math and business research tools.
  • Average English knowledge (Understanding, Writing)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Statistics, or similar branches.
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
