About The Role

As an Offline Marketing Specialist, you will lead and guide experts and improve their performance in both the quality and quantity of marketing plans. You will expand analytical thinking in the team and participate in partnership campaigns in different cities. You will plan OKRs and report regarding the local market situation in addition to the performance report.


  • Observing competitor’s behavior
  • Creating promoter’s team and coordinating them
  • Arrange all marketing activities for launch preparation
  • The ability of B2B negotiations and acquiring new business customers
  • Following negotiations, finalizing partnerships, and signing contracts
  • Coordinate with local experts for all marketing activities from idea to completion
  • Control marketing costs in the related region and report costs and results on a weekly basis
  • Analyze local customer behavior, initiate customized solutions to promote our core values for them
  • Analytical thinking, and analysis data to measure the possibilities and effectiveness of marketing activities and reporting
  • Communicate effectively between HQ teams and local experts, coming up with ideas, and get the tasks done before their deadlines
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, seminars, branding activities, sponsorships, and other marketing events and potentials

  • Average English knowledge (Understanding, Writing)
  • A high level of creativity in running campaigns is a plus
  • Reporting skills (Office, Official Emailing, Analyzing method)
