Operations Expert

Job description

    • Ensuring the establishment and strengthening of the relationship with key accounts
    • Identifying customer needs proactively, making suggestions and providing and executing action plans to fulfill them
    • Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Providing data analysis needed for operations decision making
    • Translating analysis results into business recommendations
    • Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
    • Participate in regular status and strategy meetings with customers' senior management to understand and meet their needs
    • Translating customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and building a product development pipeline
    • Monitoring delivery operations metrics, doing root cause analysis to improve them and make sure they will meet SLA by collaborating within the team or with other teams for taking needed actions
