Responsibilities


  • Make important policy, planning, and formulation¬†strategy.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Work with the team to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Increase Sales Teams stability so that there are no respective months with fluctuated target achievement.¬†

Requirements

  • Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret consumer behavior.
  • Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
  • Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent English knowledge (Understanding, Writing)
