Operations Processes Specialist

Job description

The main missions of this role are as follows:

  • Managing “Process Identification” sessions with different units
  • Mapping processes with BPMN2
  • Analyzing problems and Improving current processes
  • Identifying interfaces between processes with Information systems and organizational strategies
  • Designing and monitoring of performance indicators
  • Evaluating the trends in KPI’s to improve main indices
  • Providing efficiencies of units periodically
  • Providing the weekly and monthly reports
  • Identifying the trends in ops data
  • Improving process indicators
  • Improving the performance of operational units
  • Improving intra-organizational communications
  • Reducing operations department costs and other units costs
  • Automating Ops processes as much as possible


  • Bachelor of Industrial engineering, Industrial management, IT management, MBA or relevant fields
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Familiar with KPI's
  • Ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
  • Excellent knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and BPMN2
  • Knowledge of business analysis such as BABOK
  • Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet definite deadlines and following-up
  • Familiar with data analysis
  • Familiar with strategic planning
  • Familiar with reference models such as APQC
  • Systematic thinking
