Product Analyst - SnappPay

Job description

  • Develop a deep understanding of how product and platforms influence user behavior
  • Leverage insights from data by providing analyses, reports and dashboards for product management and service operations
  • Own data-related project from definition to delivery
  • Collaborate with Product Managers in order to define how best to monitor, measure and understand product performance
  • work with market data, google trends, social media trend analysis and set up own tools to spot and analyze emerging trends in the foodie capitals of the world, to provide these to the product managers
  • Develop analytical frameworks to support decision making
  • Improve the default rate
  • Improve the adoption rate

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree of Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering, MBA (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of data science, data analytics, business intelligence, growth or related experience.
  • Possess statistical competence (such as regression modeling, a/b testing, significance testing, etc)
  • Advanced SQL expertise
  • Strong storytelling: distill exciting and hard-to-find insights into a compelling, concise data story
  • familiarity with agile methods
  • Have empathy for our end users, always be considering their needs against our business requirements
  • Tracking Technologies: Google Analytics/ Google Tag Manager
  • Good English knowledge


Preferred Qualifications (optional):
  • Technical competence to perform advanced analytics: coding skills (such as Python, Java, or Scala), experience with analytics tools (Pandas, R, SPSS, Hadoop) and experience performing analysis with large datasets
  • Experience in machine learning and predictive analytics
