About the Team
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing user experiences from conception to delivery in a cross-functional environment. You need to collaborate closely with product managers, designers, researchers, technical engineers, and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities also include having a holistic approach to the experience from discovery to delivery, inspiring change, delivering user flows, wireframes, user interface mockups, and prototypes. If you have the technical skills, experience, and personality to design elegant solutions to fintech challenges, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with other designers, user researchers, and UX writers
  • Making design-related decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data and UX research results
  • Determining the details of the project
  • Communicating design concepts, rationale, and research findings to team members
  • Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and full visual designs
  • Documenting the entire design process
  • Providing mentorship and coaching to others
  • Participating in the hiring process
  • Brainstorming and developing concepts actively
  • Managing multiple priorities, consistently meeting deadlines, and championing projects from concept to completion within a fast-paced environment
  • Assisting team and product managers to define an experience strategy

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in product design (UX/UI), with a focus on visual design
  • Must have a strong portfolio and examples of work
  • Strong knowledge of current design industry best design processes, methodologies, and trends
  • Excellent graphic design skills (layout, typography, color)
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
  • Mastery of design and prototyping tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Proficiency in Sketch and Figma
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Be familiar with Agile methodology, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Experience working in e-commerce, payments, and fintech.
