About SnappClub

SnappClub is the loyalty program of Snapp. At Snappclub users earn certain Club points by making successful transactions across all Snapp ventures. Users can use their Club points to redeem vouchers inside Club and enjoy a vast variety of diverse benefits, ranging from participating in lucky draws, donating to charity, redeeming Snapp’s internal and third-party vouchers, and spinning the wheel of fortune. At Snappclub’s squad, we continuously improve our features to better address our end users and internal stakeholders' demands.


  • Communicate effectively with key internal stakeholders to properly recognize their needs

  • Discovery and documentation of new features

  • Closely collaborate with the engineers and designers and other internal teams, sharing knowledge on a product level, to discuss and implement effective solutions for the team

  • Analyze usage data, monitor and measure features, and feed insights back into the development pipeline

  • Deliver small features

  • Help with user research

  • Prepare monthly reports


    Requirements- must have

    • 6 months-3 years of experience in product management

    • Familiarity with the product development process from discovery and product documentation to delivery

    • User Story Development knowledge and proper discovery documentation skills

    • Basic analytical skills and knowledge of setting and measuring key product metrics, working with data dashboards, and analyzing reports

    • Basic understanding of product development process, from ideation to execution

    • Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities

    • Time management and task prioritization skills

    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including marketing, data, and customer care

    • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

    • Upper intermediate English proficiency- especially writing

    • Experience of working in an agile environment

    • Ability to deal with ambiguity

    • An avid learner who can bring benefit the whole squad with his/her enthusiasm for learning

    Requirements- good to have

    • Preference for Computer Engineers, Engineers, and MBA graduates

    • Knowledge of working with Agile tools is a plus

    • Experience in building new products, especially a loyalty program is a huge plus
