Product Manager - SnappPay

Job description

  • Fintech venture in order to improve its customer service and support different departments needs to develop its Backoffice, said so the main mission is to having someone to help us to accomplish this goal
  • Working closely with other product managers from different product lines to list their requirements and prioritize them based on business priority
  • Define the back-office roadmap
  • Launch the back-office platform to cover the different departments’ requirements
  • Reduce the overhead of departments namely the call-center to have better and more efficient support
  • Facilitate the process of changing in any products, in that, the pm can config the product via back-office


We’re looking for someone with

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Have strong experience in building and shipping applications or software
  • Be familiar with agile methods
  • Be great at communicating your ideas and design decisions
  • Be familiar with analytical skills (AB testing, Analytics)
  • Have the ability to take an idea from concept through to delivering something valuable to our users
  • Have empathy for our end users, always be considering their needs against our business requirements
  • Ensuring internal and external stakeholders have buy-in to the backlog
  • Good English skills
