About Role:
The QA Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a large team of over 56 QA professionals. The role involves strategic planning, establishing quality standards, and ensuring that all products meet the highest quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts, engineers, and testers.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and performance reviews.
• Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA department.
• Facilitate communication between QA team members and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and regulations.
• Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA leader or manager, preferably overseeing large teams.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Solid understanding of SQL and scripting.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
