As the experienced Senior General Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Snapp's office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be expected to exhibit strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of service staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Supervise the implementation and coordination of internal and external events, ceremonies, and celebrations of internal occasions
  • Supervise on keeping the office properly maintained, clean, and safe
  • Direct, control, and monitor all service activities
  • Hold various meetings with service personnel regarding job descriptions, checklists, and performance evaluation
  • Contribute to planning security and guard activities
  • Compile and supervise the completion of daily service and security checklists
  • Design and monitor any related purchasing process
  • Design and monitor the property management process and systems
  • Supervise administrative affairs related to the General Services department
  • Ensure office services meet employees' needs
  • Ensure basic facilities are well-maintained
