Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the creative and social media teams to effectively manage end-to-end social media campaigns related to the Snapp Super Application. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing scenarios, following up on necessary contracts, and more.
  • Take charge of managing mini ad-hoc campaigns associated with the Snapp Super Application. Ensure seamless collaboration with various teams involved in the respective campaigns.
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate the performance of all Super App banners and cards, including the homepage and Snapp Club. Prepare comprehensive reports to present the outcomes of each banner.
  • Oversee the implementation of new features in conjunction with Super App campaigns. Develop a strategic plan, establish necessary alignments, and prepare reports to assess the campaign's success.
  • Meet with the creative and social media teams regularly to discuss campaign strategies, objectives, and progress.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on campaign goals and deliverables.
  • Hold post-campaign meetings to evaluate performance and gather feedback for future improvements
  • Craft clear and concise messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition of the Snapp Super Application.
  • Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with relevant vendors and partners.
  • Proactively address any obstacles or delays to maintain the campaign's momentum and achieve timely execution
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for mini ad-hoc campaigns, such as engagement, conversion, and customer feedback.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance against KPIs and benchmarks to identify areas of improvement
  • Utilize data and insights to refine future mini ad-hoc campaigns and optimize their effectiveness.
  • Implement a robust tracking system to monitor the performance of Super App banners and cards in terms of impressions, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Collect data on user engagement and behavior to assess the effectiveness of each banner and card.
  • Continuously monitor performance trends and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing the outcomes of each Super App banner and card, including key metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on the findings to enhance the performance of future banners and cards.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan for introducing new features in the Snapp Super Application, including target audience, messaging, and launch timelines.
  • Coordinate with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of new features in the Super App campaign.
