Senior Offline Marketing Specialist

Job description

  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, seminars, branding activities, sponsorships and other marketing events and potentials
  • Analyzing data to measure the possibilities and effectiveness of marketing activities and reporting
  • Following negotiations, finalizing partnerships and signing contracts
  • Arranging all marketing activities for launch preparation
  • Coordinating with local experts for all marketing activities from idea to completion
  • Analyzing local customer behavior, initiating customizes solutions to promote our core values for them
  • Observing competitor’s behavior
  • Controlling marketing costs in the related region and reporting costs and results on a weekly basis
  • Ability of predict upcoming costs and report costs on a monthly basis
  • Managing relations with the partners (carry out the commitments, proceed all processes such as financial processes, …)
  • Communicating effectively between HQ teams and local experts, coming up with ideas and getting the tasks done before their deadlines
  • Being align with other teams in Marketing department in order to give data and analyze their data in needed situation
  • Observing all financial processes in Marketing team
  • Creating promoters’ team and coordinating them
  • Leading and guiding experts and improving their performance in both quality and quantity of marketing plans
  • Expanding analytical thinking in team
  • Participating in partnership campaigns at any required time or city
  • Planning OKRs and succeed with that at least 80% in each quarter
  • Accurate reporting regarding the local market situation in addition to the performance report

Requirements

  • Master's degree of Management and Business or any relevant field of study
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience 
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • High level of creativity and process orientation in running campaigns
  • Result Orientation, Commitment to deadlines and time management
  • Analytical mindset
  • Good knowledge of marketing terms and definitions
  • Familiar with legal terms, contract conditions and financial processes
  • Reporting skills (Office, Official Emailing, Analyzing method)
  • Strong Process Orientation
  • Ability of B2B negotiations and acquiring new business customers
  • Ownership and commitment
  • Team work and high level of social intelligence
  • Average English knowledge (Understanding, Writing)
  • Easygoing with travel between cities
  • Familiarity with project management tools
