  • Establishing a proper relationship with advertising agencies
  • Ability to lead ATL. BTL team
  • Ability to report on campaigns
  • Continuous follow-up of ATL advertising auctions in different cities
  • Establish a proper relationship with the financial unit of various Snapp ventures for coordination related to payment and registration of contracts and invoices.
  • Communication with advertising agencies to send and receive the required documents (inquiries, resized designs, contracts, invoices, screening licenses, etc.)
  • Contact the operations team of different cities before starting the campaigns to get their opinions about the selected media and finally get the approval of the operations managers of the cities.
  • Complete a list of inquiries related to past campaigns.
  • Summarize and archive offline campaign reports
  • Communicating effectively between HQ teams and local experts, coming up with ideas and getting the tasks done before their deadlines
  • Effective help in conducting offline campaigns
  • Monitor agencies’ activities to print and distribute ad artwork on the exact media according to the contract with agency.
  • Arranging all marketing activities for launch preparation
  • Coordinating with local experts for all marketing activities from idea to completion
  • Observing competitor’s behavior


  • Bachelor's degree of Management and Business or any relevant field of study
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • High level of creativity and process orientation in running campaigns
  • Result Orientation, Commitment to deadlines and time management
  • Analytical mindset
  • Good knowledge of marketing terms and definitions
  • Familiar with legal terms, contract conditions and financial processes
  • Reporting skills (Office, Official Emailing, Analyzing method)
  • Strong Process Orientation
  • Ability of B2B negotiations and acquiring new business customers
  • Ownership and commitment
  • Team work and high level of social intelligence
  • Average English knowledge (Understanding, Writing)
  • Easygoing with travel between cities
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Familiarity with advertising agencies is an advantage.
