Requirements

  • MA in HR, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Behavior or MBA with specialization in HR
  • Proven experience with some of the areas mentioned above
  • Hands-on experience with Performance Management is a plus
  • Very good command of English
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
