About the Position
The SEO Specialist is responsible for enhancing the organization’s online visibility and driving organic growth through innovative, data-driven search engine optimization strategies. This role demands a deep passion for the ever-evolving SEO industry and a commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and best practices. Responsibilities
- Analyze keywords and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Conduct comprehensive website audits (Technical, On-Page, and Content) to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor competitors’ SEO activities and SERP changes to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop and execute effective link-building campaigns.
- Ensure content aligns with targeted keywords and contributes to overall SEO objectives.
- Utilize SEO tools to monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and analyze user behavior.
- Adjust strategies as needed to maintain and improve search rankings.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Business, Marketing, and Product stakeholders.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SEO or content marketing, preferably with outreach strategy experience.
- Familiarity with HTML, in-depth knowledge of research principles and methods, and experience in data analysis.
- A strong sense of ownership over performance and its impact on company success.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of content and oversee all stages of the content lifecycle, from ideation to publication.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and excellent project and time management skills.
- Proficient in English (understanding and writing).
- Experience with WordPress.
- Expertise in SEO-related tools such as Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, etc.
- Knowledge of other online marketing channels.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Result-oriented and driven to achieve measurable outcomes.
