Responsibilities

Snapp is now offering multiple services within one app which is enabling Iranians to fulfil their everyday needs by having everything on their fingertips..Our customers can now use services like internet taxi, food and grocery delivery, get medical consultation, book hotel,buses or flights, get mobile and internet recharge, or deliver items through bike,car or truck and many more services within one app.

The position is to lead and grow services on superapp by creating and executing marketing plan, deep-diving into commercial, ops and customer service to identify growth blockers, suggest and implement their solutions by aligning with multiple stakeholders

  • Lead cross-venture CRM and growth campaigns, and align marketing activities
  • Regularly run, assess and review cross-channel campaigns and optimize their performance through ongoing tests
  • Coordinate with various team members from business units and ventures and suggest initiative possibilities from CRM standpoints.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights
  • Commercial and marketing analysis for ventures to break status-quo and continuously improve the business

Requirements

  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders across different ventures
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in data querying in SQL
  • Proficiency in programming in Python, R
  • Proficiency in MS excel
  • Strong negotiation skills
