Responsibilities

Improve the time attendance process in order to decrease closing in the calculation of time attendance

  • Maintain databases of employee timekeeping records, Check and inspect timekeeping records for errors and rectify and manage timekeeping records of employees. (personnel attendance, register the newcomer, terminate and disable accounts if needed, …)
  • Control & supervise working shifts to change the working shift based on department requests & determine the shift work balance
  • Answering and responding to employees on timekeeping issues.
  • Execute timekeeping clerical duties to the payroll department.
  • Prepare complete attendance report (Overtime, Mission, Leave balance, Sick Leave, shift allowance, night allowance) for all Ventures
  • Prepare the leave balance of terminated employee and report to Operation Team
  • Control of personnel Overtime & making reports for all departments in order to take required approval Monthly.
  • To survey & calculate of personnel leave balance.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of labor law and time Attendance law 
  • Strong Excel skills and Office Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Familiar with the type of working shift and how to calculate overtime, night Shift, Leave,... 
  •  Familiar with Chargoon Software
  • Detail-oriented
  •  Strong Problem-Solving skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
