You will join a solid team of +25 people, including Product Designers, User Researchers, and UX Writers with a high talent density who enjoy working in our fast-paced, hybrid environment. About the Role:

We are looking for a candidate who is deeply knowledgeable and passionate about user research, has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and has experience leading and managing a team. As a UX Research Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our products. In this role, you will lead and conduct user research to inform product design and development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, writing, and engineering, to ensure that user research is integrated into the product development process. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting and moderating user research studies, analyzing data, and communicating research findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user research and experience leading and conducting research studies. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills. You will also lead a team of UX researchers, which includes guiding them to accomplish user research methodologies and techniques and mentoring and coaching them to ensure they can reach their full potential.

• Leading and conducting user research studies: This includes recruiting participants, moderating research sessions, and analyzing data to inform product design and development. 

• Developing research plans and strategies: This includes identifying research objectives, determining the appropriate research methods, and creating research protocols. 

• Managing a team of UX researchers: This includes mentoring and coaching team members, guiding them to conduct research, and providing guidance on research methodologies and techniques. 

• Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices: This includes staying informed about the latest research methods and technologies and understanding the competitive landscape. 

• Building relationships with stakeholders: This includes working closely with cross-functional teams, such as product management, design, and engineering, to ensure that user research is integrated into the product development process. 

• Developing and maintaining research documentation: This includes creating research reports and maintaining research artifacts, such as transcripts and recordings. 

• Representing the user research team internally and externally: This includes representing the user research team in meetings, presentations, and external events.


  • 6+ years of experience in user research or other design and product-related fields
  • Experience conducting a wide variety of research methods
  • Experience leading and conducting user research studies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis software
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of researchers
  • Experience with remote research tools and methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for staying up to date on industry trends and best practices
  • Academic degree in Psychology, Statistics, Information Systems, Social Science, Neural Science, Human Factors, or other related fields
