You will join a solid team of +25 people, including Product Designers, User Researchers, and UX Writers with a high talent density who enjoy working in our fast-paced, hybrid environment. About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated UX Researcher to shape and run our user research processes to create a consistent and engaging user experience. In this role, you can improve our products' desirability and usability impact on users within our product teams. You will help provide actionable and meaningful data-driven insights that represent the voice of users and collaborate across development, design, writing, and product teams to evaluate current and future user research needs. You will be responsible for adhering to the Design Thinking process, crafting personas, assembling scenarios, and conducting stakeholder and user interviews and tests. Working in a fast-paced environment while applying qualitative and quantitative research methods can enable us to build empathy for our users.


  • Collaborate with designers, client Insights, products, and technology throughout all stages of the production. 
  • Facilitate the collection of UX metrics and guidance for when research needs to be done. 
  • Conduct sessions by applying appropriate research methodologies and techniques 
  • Document and present research protocols and findings to the teams and support them in injecting the findings into products 
  • Collaborate, guide, and influence the team by sharing best practices and providing research directions and product advice. 
  • Stay on top of industry trends, tools, principles, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of what we accomplish and ensure our customer experience is the greatest it can be


  • 3+ years of experience conducting UX Research efforts
  • Ability to analyze and work with both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Knowledge and experience in qualitative methods, e.g., interviews, focus groups, digital diaries, etc., and quantitative methods, e.g., survey design and implementation, benchmarking, behavioral, statistical, and cluster analysis, etc.
  • Working experience with cross-functional teams like product, design, writing, tech, etc.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to turn open and ambiguous research needs into clear and compelling questions, activities & outcomes
  • Passion for learning new technologies and understanding user needs across a wide range of available opportunities
  • Proactive attitude to push forward user insights to stakeholders and an ability to translate findings into actionable product improvements
