 About the Team:

You will join a solid team of +25 people, including Product Designers, User Researchers, and UX Writers with a high talent density who enjoy working in our fast-paced, hybrid environment. As a team, we're ambitious, passionate, and excited about spreading the transportation industry's boundaries and becoming everyone's first choice. Our goal is to maintain a friendly atmosphere and be enthusiastic about building the future of our customer experience. 

About the Role:

As a UX Writer, you will be a key member of our design team, responsible for crafting compelling and user-centered copy that guides our users through every step of their journey. You will have the opportunity to shape the voice and tone of our digital products and create a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all of Snapp's services. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, designers, and developers, to understand user needs and create clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with user researchers to continuously improve the overall user experience. You will be responsible for writing microcopy, such as button labels, error messages, and tooltips that improve usability and guide users through the product.

  • Researching and understanding user needs to create user-centered copy and content throughout the product.
  • Writing clear, scannable, accessible, and appropriate microcopy such as button labels, error messages, and tooltips to improve usability and guide users through the product. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the product's language and messaging is consistent and build awareness of UX writing's impact. 
  • Advocate for empathy and simplicity in the content across all features and products. 
  • Participating in tests and collecting feedback to turn insights into UX writing solutions and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Working closely with designers and developers to understand technical constraints and limitations and create content accordingly. 
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the user experience and stay ahead of the curve.


  • +2 years experience as a UX Writer or content-related job
  • Have experience working with a multidisciplinary team to create high-quality content
  • Understanding usability and user-centered design principles
  • Understanding technical constraints and limitations to create content accordingly
  • Have experience writing for digital products and how to apply them from a content perspective
  • Passion for identifying and solving users' needs
  • Have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset
  • Passionate about every aspect of the user journey and capable of paying attention to details
  • Knowledge of content standards and principles, such as style, voice, and tone
  • Have experience creating documentation and content guidelines as part of a design system
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
