About the Role 
We are looking for a UX writer to join us at SnappPay. As a member of our team, you will shape product experiences by creating useful, meaningful text that helps users complete the task at hand. You need to collaborate with UX designers, product teams, and researchers to craft language systems across a variety of contexts, including UI components, editorial content, to help text. Your responsibilities also include designing scalable systems and structures to support large amounts of content, and anticipating customer needs based on their objectives.

  • Run usability tests on certain microcopies
