The UX Writing Trainee will support our UX writing team in creating clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances user experience. This role exists to help bridge the gap between design and user comprehension, ensuring our digital products communicate effectively and intuitively with users.

  • Assist in creating and refining microcopy, including buttons, error messages, onboarding flows, and tooltips, that align with our brand voice and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and developers to ensure content is seamlessly integrated into the design process and meets user needs.
  • Develop and maintain a UX writing style guide to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming and feedback sessions, providing valuable input and suggestions to improve overall user experience.
  • Learn and apply best practices in UX writing and content strategy, staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • Deliver assigned tasks and projects on time, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
