Responsibility:

  • Help the team to deliver products with global standards
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders on product features and act as the main contact point for any inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the engineers, designers, and other colleagues sharing knowledge on product developments and issues to discuss and implement effective solutions for the team.
  • Be familiar with the product development process from discovery and product documentation to delivery
  • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
  • Analyzing usage data, monitoring and measuring launched products and feeding insights into the product development process.
  • Launching small features
  • Collecting user feedback
  • Speedup product delivery
  • Provide more meaningful impacts for features

Requirements

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with e.g. Design, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Write and receive feedback on product requirement documents (PRDs)
  • Ability to design & monitor meaningful metrics for products
  • A product owner who ensures proper and on-time delivery
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and respective tools, such as Jira, confluence, etc.
  • Organize and communicate team status, progress, obstacles, and functional sequencing to the rest of the organization
  • Full Understanding of software product life cycles for multi-stage long-term strategic initiatives for enterprise software or web-based products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Feature impact analysis
  • Knowledge of prioritizing features & tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Analytics tools
