Your Impact
The Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth and brand engagement at Snapp.
This role bridges strategy, creativity, and data, ensuring that every campaign delivers measurable impact. The Campaign Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, performance marketing, product, and data, to design and execute campaigns that strengthen Snapp’s brand and deliver tangible business results.
What You’ll Drive Forward
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Super App services across selected cities or nationwide.
Lead high-impact, multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, in-store promotions, etc.) aligned with business goals.
Set campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall growth and brand strategy.
Collaborate closely with creative, product, data, growth, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive execution and message consistency.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content and materials in coordination with creative teams and external agencies.
Drive campaign optimization through continuous A/B testing, performance tracking, and actionable insights.
Monitor and analyze key metrics using analytics tools to assess effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign integration.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and brand standards.
Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports and insights to senior management.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results within the marketing team.
What Powers Your Drive
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably within digital or tech sectors.
Proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns and budgets effectively.
Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to deadlines.
Creative mindset with a bias for action and result orientation.
Familiarity with legal terms and contract conditions is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing analytics platforms.
Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities.
