About the Position

A Legal Specialist has to manage all kinds of legal cases, such as court cases, lawyer assessment and selection, guide and control, dispute settlements and arbitration cases and litigation case management. Also should be collaborating with the legal litigation team in representing the company before courts and other judicial and administrative authorities, if required. 

As a Legal Specialist, you will be involved in:

  • Perform all tasks and duties typically assigned to an attorney, ensuring the company’s legal standing and interests are protected.
  • Negotiate and structure all types of agreements in close collaboration with the company based on all related PPPs.
  • Draft and review all types of agreements based on legal requirements.
  • Prepare contractual notices or letters for raising claims, penalties, termination, or renewal of agreements.
  • Prepare proper responses for judicial inquiries.
  • Follow up on legal requirements.
  • Review the assigned Summons & complaints against the company. Initiate contact with the plaintiff/plaintiff attorney and gather material facts regarding the allegations.
  • Classify all related documents in Litigation databases, and ensure proper documentation and archiving are in place for all assigned cases and the related correspondences.


Requirements

  • BS / MS degree in Law
  • Lawyer/ Lawyer trainee
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Attorney
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
  • Familiar working with CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work
  • being a team player and willing to contribute wherever needed
  • Effective collaboration with different departments
  • Having an ownership mindset
  • Advanced in English (Speaking & Writing)
  • Familiarity with companies and related lawsuits
  • Familiarity with the field of companies and trademark registration is considered a plus
