About the position

As a Market Research Specialist, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance the overall user experience. You will primarily focus on execution tasks related to market research initiatives, including hiring and training promoters, conducting various types of surveys and research and ensuring QC of the research process.

Responsibilities

  • Hire and train promoters to conduct surveys and collect feedback from bikers, drivers, customers and other stakeholders.
  • Develop survey methodologies, questionnaires, and data collection tools to gather relevant insights.
  • Execute different types of surveys across different locations to capture diverse perspectives and preferences.
  • Analyze survey data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of market research initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in the market.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or any related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in related fields
  • Proven experience in market research, preferably within the transportation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer/bikers’ issues and challenges
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality research outputs
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
  • Basic understanding of business concepts and market research methodologies
