About the Role:

As a People and Organization Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering HR processes and driving organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with other HR teams to design and implement processes that enhance employee engagement, talent development, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve current processes such as performance management, career management, etc.
  • Utilize a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Design and implement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Promote and reinforce the organization's culture and values through targeted development programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Graduated in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to work in a high-paced environment.

• Proven experience in HR development, and organizational development, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.

• Strong understanding of HR principles, employee experience, and organizational development concepts.

• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

• Experience with change management and leadership development programs.

• Excellent command of English.

• Passionate about learning from challenges.
