Your Impact
The Product Manager will lead the discovery, strategy, and execution of initiatives aimed at improving core user experience and operational performance. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, working cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact through data-driven decision-making and structured execution.
What You’ll Drive Forward
Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and measurable OKRs.
Do product discovery to identify problems, validate hypotheses, and design scalable solutions.
Drive execution from ideation to launch, including writing documentation and defining success metrics.
Manage dependencies and remove blockers across teams.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and operations teams.
Conduct impact analysis and monitor product performance post-launch to ensure continuous improvement.
What Powers Your Drive
Minimum 2+ years of experience in product management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python, or similar).
Ability to define KPIs and make data-informed decisions.
Proven ownership mindset with end-to-end delivery experience.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in structured product discovery and experimentation.
