About the Position
The Project Coordinator plays an essential role in enhancing the executive's productivity by streamlining scheduling, analysis, and project management. Through this role, we aim to minimize communication dependencies, ensuring efficient project progression and enabling long-term, data-driven improvements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance Customer Experience: Drive significant improvements in team performance, elevating customer experience metrics.
  • Productivity Metrics Management: Consistently improve, track, and report on productivity metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Calendar & Coordination Optimization: Oversee scheduling and coordination, ensuring alignment across priorities and effective time management.
  • Service Quality Tracking: Monitor and elevate service quality standards, ensuring continuous improvement in delivered services.
  • Optimize Executive Coordination: Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in presentation
  • Solid communication skills
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
