Your Impact
As a Senior Data Analyst (CRM), you will play a key role in shaping data-driven customer engagement strategies. Working closely with the CRM team, you’ll analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and business impact to optimize how we communicate with our customers through voucher-based campaigns. Your insights will help ensure every campaign is targeted, effective, and aligned with business goals.

What You’ll Drive Forward

  • CRM & Business Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of CRM objectives, user segmentation, and campaign goals to design analytical approaches that support them.

  • Campaign Data Analysis: Analyze CRM campaign performance to measure effectiveness, conversion, and ROI.

  • Segmentation & Targeting: Support the creation of user segments and personalization strategies through behavioral and transactional data analysis.

  • Data Collection & Processing: Gather and process data from multiple sources using advanced SQL queries and ensure data accuracy for CRM campaign tracking.

  • Exploratory Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify customer trends, engagement patterns, and opportunities for retention or reactivation.

  • Reporting & Visualization: Build dashboards and visual reports to communicate campaign performance and customer insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B or multivariate tests to assess the impact of messaging, timing, and offers on user engagement.

  • Ad-Hoc Insights: Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer strategic CRM-related business questions.

  • Documentation & Communication: Maintain documentation of methodologies and findings, and collaborate closely with CRM managers, marketing, and product teams to ensure data-driven campaign design.

What Powers Your Drive

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for campaign data extraction, segmentation, and performance analysis.

  • Advanced Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

  • Solid understanding of A/B testing and campaign experimentation frameworks.

  • Proficiency with MS Excel for campaign tracking and reporting.

  • Experience with CRM analytics, customer lifecycle analysis, and voucher-based campaign tracking is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with machine learning or predictive modeling for segmentation or churn analysis is an advantage, but not mandatory.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel campaigns.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with marketing, CRM, and data engineering teams.
