About The Role

The mission of the Senior Marketing Specialist (Paid Advertising) is to drive user acquisition for various ventures within the Snapp Group through strategic online advertising. This role involves leveraging analytics tools to optimize traffic performance and deliver insightful reporting on outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing and awareness campaigns to assess their effectiveness
  • Implement Google Tag Manager, complex Tags and Conversions and be able to debug any kind of issue
  • Hands-on with Google Analytics, familiar with performance metrics and dimensions, using different reports to extract marketing insights
  • Hands-on with Google Ads Search campaigns (Keyword research, campaign creation, reporting, optimization in different layers, conversion tracking and CPA campaigns)
  • Good understanding of digital products, their structure and how they work in business and marketing aspects
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams to implement data-driven strategies and measure performance outcomes

Requirements

  • MBA, e-Commerce, Marketing or any relevant field of study
  •  Hands-on experience with Digital Marketing tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Proficiency in key marketing and business metrics, including CPO, CAC , ARPU, and AOV 
  •  Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs Editor
  •  Time and workload management skills
  •  Data-driven and have an analytic mindset
  •  Highly organized in task execution and record-keeping
  •  Self-educator; taking extra steps to learn new tools
