Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Snapp group teams and communicate effectively
  • Designing and conducting efficient and practical studies
  • Analyzing data sets and presenting findings
  • Providing data-driven insights to Snapp groups
  • Performing market analysis to support groups' competitiveness and growth
  • Remaining fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
  • Enhancing trend and opportunity identification for our current services
  • Improving competitors’ tracking
  • Tailoring products and services to the target customers’ needs
  • Analyzing successes and failures of the recent ops and marketing actions
  • Optimizing marketing, ops and product development efforts
  • Expanding research on our market segments
