Position Overview:
The Senior Loyalty Club Specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive management, execution, and optimization of our Loyalty Program. This role will drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction among our drivers through strategic program development, effective communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development and Management:
Design, implement, and manage innovative loyalty initiatives aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain a tiered rewards structure to incentivize high-performing drivers.
Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance, using data-driven insights to refine and enhance the program.
Driver Engagement and Retention:
Increase driver engagement and satisfaction through targeted communication strategies and personalized rewards.
Conduct regular A/B testing and utilize performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to promote the loyalty program and ensure seamless integration across all channels.
Liaise with external partners and vendors to negotiate benefits and enhance the value of the loyalty program for drivers.
Communication and Support:
Create and manage communication plans to inform and educate drivers about the loyalty program, benefits, and updates.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive FAQ and support documentation for the loyalty program.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular reports on loyalty program performance, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track driver behavior and engagement, providing actionable insights to inform program strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in loyalty program management, customer engagement, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
